UEL COMMUNITY GARDENS AGREEMENT

This is an agreement that you make when signing up for a plot. Signing at the bottom of the Gardener Application Form is your digital signature. You will also be required to sign this document when you are first offered/renewing your plot. This document explains what is expected of you as a plot holder so that we can grow in harmony. UEL COMMUNITY GARDENS STANDARDS

These standards are to ensure that the Community Gardens are maintained as vibrant and healthy community spaces. These will be posted in the garden and all users of the garden are expected to maintain these standards. Click link below to see full PDF document.

Plot Application Renewal

To renew your plot

1. Reply to the email sent from the UEL Community Gardens Committee with a signed community garden agreement.

2. Pay your plot fees

  •  $60 for a standard plot

  • $45 for a wheelchair or children's plot

PLOT SIGN-UPS OPEN 

​You must fill out the above Gardener Application Form. By signing the Gardener Application Form you are agreeing to the Community Gardens Standards & the Community Gardens Agreement.

All of our plots are currently full. If you apply you will be placed on our waitlist. Our waitlist order is based on order of application.

If you are successful in obtaining a plot:

1. We will email you with instructions.

2. Email us back a confirmation email that you wish to garden in the plot, e-transfer your plot rental fee, then start gardening in your assigned plot!
