The History of Our Community Garden
How We Started Out
UEL Community Garden started from several separate elements that grew together into the idea of a community garden. From needing an emergency water source, wanting a place for the community, and the desire to grow fresh food, this garden was born.

Location
We are located on Western Parkway and Toronto Road, Vancouver, B.C.
UEL Community Gardens would like to acknowledge that this garden is located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Musqueam people.
